Building And Installation
Preparation of any site is 90% of each job. We do one job at a time and you have our full attention during this process. Hank Sickerman the owner of GTL Property Management LLC. oversees each job site and works with our installation crew to insure all work is done as promised, on time and as described in your written proposal / contract. We use the best materials we can find from several growers and distributors. Anyone can dig holes and throw a plant in it, put some pine straw down and say “we’re done”. This is not how our reputation has been built. Quality that is what we strive for, as an end result.

Scheduled weekly visits that encompass proper maintenance techniques for cutting of the grass areas, pruning & shaping of the trees and shrubs, weed control in the beds, edging of the bed-lines, curbs & walkways.

These are custom light systems (our systems are not home improvement store type products) The fixtures are available in many colors and textures to meet your architectural needs.

Drainage/Erosion ControlThe key to implement a great landscape job is to move any runoff water away from the foundation and landscaped areas. Most jobs require drainage and erosion control. This can be accomplished utilizing specific drain-line pipes, drain boxes and fittings. We have over 12 years of experience with drainage & erosion control.
Fertilization Programs/Weed Control We offer specific scheduled programs for disease, insect, fertilization & weed control. These applications are based on the square footage of your property.
Grade Work/Site PreparationWe use hand rakes, tillers, bobcats with attachments and bulldozers to accomplish this service.
Irrigation Systems and RepairWhether you need a fully automated system, have a repair problem or an addition to an existing system; call us for a written quote, we can schedule all repairs with one of our service technicians. We strongly recommend a rain gauge on each system. You will not waste your money watering improperly and we can all help to save our precious resources.
